Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Join the multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team at Children’s Therapy of Woodinville in Bothell, Washington. We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who values collaboration, clinical growth, and helping children build greater independence in everyday life.

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat children with a range of developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, and participation needs. This position works closely with families and with our occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy teams to support coordinated, child-centered care.

What You’ll Do 

  • Complete pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-informed treatment for sensory, motor, self-care, regulation, and participation needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the therapy team
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in team communication, case consultation, and care coordination

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current or eligible Washington State occupational therapist license
  • Current NBCOT certification
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and a multidisciplinary team

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $80,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and schedule.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with scheduling details discussed during the interview process. Availability may include weekday daytime and early evening hours based on clinic and patient needs.
