Marla Ambrose

Marla (she/her) earned her Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University. She has provided therapeutic speech/language services in a variety of settings, which include: outpatient rehabilitation, sensory integration centers and early intervention for the 0-3 population. Marla enjoys diagnostic and intervention services for children with speech, language, social communication and feeding difficulties. The majority of Marla’s postmaster’s education has focused on helping children with feeding and oral motor development, including transitioning to solid foods, feeding aversions, oral motor dysfunction, as well as helping infants with breast and/or bottle feeds. In addition to vast continuing education courses and trainings in feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy. She is currently working towards a certification in Craniosacral Therapy.
During her time away from work, Marla enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs (papillon, chihuahua) and husband traveling.
