Katie Larson

PT, MS, HN

Katie Larson has her clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) and is a holistic nutritionist. She graduated from Gonzaga University in 2000 with a BS in Exercise Science and from University of Puget Sound in 2004 with her DPT. She has specialized in early intervention and pediatric care for her 14 year PT career. After going through her own health struggles and realizing how important the role of food is in wellness, she became increasingly interested in the field of holistic health and nutrition. After watching the families she worked with in the pediatric PT field continue to struggle with picky eating, gastrointestinal issues, skin issues and more, she decided to return to the classroom to advance her knowledge in this field. In 2021, she graduated from the American College of Healthcare Sciences with a Masters in Holistic Nutrition. Katie believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal when given the right tools. She has completed a prestigious residency program in Functional Medicine, Integrative, and Holistic Nutrition and is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition.

Katie lives north of Seattle with her husband and two children, 12 and 9. She loves to run, read, garden, and knit.
